Except 4 last night, I slept like a baby. After a long day of work, burnin' half an 1/8 knocked me out 4 a good 8 hours of doctor-recommended rest. Woke up 2day still yellin' Fuck Sleep!!!
Honestly, it would be best to meditate and free your mind from all your thoughts. This is not done easily, but that should be your goal and you should strive for it. Rest your mind, then rest your body...
sleep is like my worst enemy the past year or so...i cant sleep for more than like 20minutes at a time it seems...shit is jus all bad....fuck sleep 4 real
