One man is dead, another is in critical condition and two other people are wounded following a rash of gun violence in San Francisco Saturday morning, according to police.

The fatal shooting happened near San Jose Avenue and Broad Street in the Oceanview District at 2:11 a.m., a spokesman said.

Police said two Visitacion Valley shootings within blocks of each other may be related. One person was shot and injured at 12:30 a.m. in the unit block of Castillo Street. Then at 10 a.m., two people were shot nearby at Visitacion Avenue and Rey Street. One man was in critical condition and a woman was wounded but in stable condition following that incident, according to police

i feel you musty .. one of my girls got stabbed up the other day. she had a block party and everything set up for today and they went ahead and threw it anyway in her memory.

A LaPlace man was arrested Sunday for allegedly stabbing his 31-year-old girlfriend at her home on Golfview Drive in St. John Parish.

The victim was discovered by her sister. According to police, she died from a single stab wound through her chest. Her longtime boyfriend and father of her child, 35-year-old Giovanni Highstreet will be charged with second-degree murder.

Highstreet was in the house when his girlfriend's sister found her body, said St. John Parish Sheriff Wayne Jones. After the encounter in the house, he took off running and jumped into a nearby canal.

Divers searched the canal, finding no trace of Highstreet. As investigators left the scene, Highstreet re-emerged from the canal and walked back into his home, where a deputy was waiting, Jones said.

R.I.P. to everyone thats lost their lives over some bullshit.

Yeah Musty. My girl was helping his girl set up his birthday party at the Embassy Suites too man. I don't know if she's going to go through with it now. I just seen him like last week and the thing was I was getting mad at him because he wasn't returning my calls about the bucket and my girl was in my ear about it so when she called his girl she was about to scream on her this afternoon when we got the news that he was killed. I'll tell the truth at first I was like "damn you ain't gotta lie like that to get us to stop bugging you" But after you confirmed it I was like damn.
