damn, I didn't have a cd player until 1993ish...I didn't stop buying tapes until after 1995, cuz I still remember having raekwon's purple tape....everyone talks about the music that came out in their high school days as being the best...as far as looking back at it, in ten years I'd probably be stuck in traffic on foothill ave and there's a sideshow going on and I'd think "damn, I thought people stopped having these when they hyphy movement fizzled...oh well, lemme show these whippersnappers how to ghost ride the whip"
