I never really liked the Outlawz. I mean their verses on All Eyez On Me and some of the bootlegs are tight but aside from EDI and Napolean they dont have distinct voices. And Young Noble has a fucked up voice. I also think that 2pac wrote their shit because they used phrases and styles that 2pac did but after he died their lyrics got hella weak.
STORM AIN'T DEAD! She's been on both MAC (from NO LIMIT) albums and I heard she recently did a cut on someone's album. But I really can't put any particular order on who's the hardest cuz if it's like that then NAPOLEAN's lyrics make him seem the hardest. Listen close. PAC & YAK & NOBLE always had that fire and FATAL seemed like he was destined to go solo anyway cuz to me he reminded me of PAC in the way his lyrics were delivered. I like all of them.
