Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against his insurance company over a wreck involving his son has been transferred to federal court.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, alleges Wells Fargo Insurance failed to upgrade his coverage when his exposure to risk grew. That left Hogan inadequately insured when his teenage son, Nick Bollea, got into a wreck that seriously injured passenger John Graziano in 2007.

The lawsuit says as a result of being inadequately insured, Hogan had to use some of his own money to settle a suit filed on behalf of Graziano.

Hogan's lawsuit was filed last month in Pinellas County state court. Wells Fargo transferred the case to U.S. District Court in Tampa on Friday.

Fuck both parties....

Fuck Hogan for not checking his own coverage and tryin to make Wells Fargo pay for his stupid fuckin sons mistake...

Fuck Wells Fargo cuz insurance companies as a whole are a bunch of money stealing fuckers who do nothing but collect free money when nothing happens, and when it does, does everything it can to not pay, then raise your fuckin premium when u do use them...
