I think mine is a little too good, since I am 26 and still livin at the casa, lol. For real though, I really dont have too many complaints about my parents... because if i did, Id probably be homeless. Thats why you never see homeless Mexicans... in order to be homeless, you technicaly have to leave home. And no, moving in with your abuelita doesnt count as moving out.

My relationship with them is GREAT..Hell from age 9 they sat downstairs while I banged on the drums upstairs and never bitched. I had friends comin in an out of the house when I got to doin Hip-Hop from 13 on and they never said a word..actually they'd offer them dinner lol....Last year when I didn't have anywhere to go, I lived again with them for like 5 months. I was 26. Now I'm on my own and they support everything I do....I thank GOD I have parents like I do and as I get older I appreciate them more. I also feel like shit for the times we got into it when I was a punk ass teenager.

I love my parents but I can't really talk to my mom cuz we aint on the same level and I get annoyed real quick-like and everytime I say sumtn she always says "yeh thas wut I was gon say" or "I was thinkn that too" and that annoys me and my pops the only things we ever talk to each other is about sports and thas it maybe once in a while about work. but I love them both and they help me out and when my mom needs anything i'm quick to jump on it no matter how broke i'll be. but i'm still pissed at her for screwing up my credit damnit but thas all good i'll fix tha shit in time

I feel tha exact same way...its funny how when your young & dumb you think you know everything but once you grow tha fuck up & see reality then you learn to appreciate your parents more then you did...

but growing up I really knew my parents were koo as fuck seeing how all my other friends folks were really fucked up they either didnt give a shit about them or were drunks & bums...

AHAHAHAHHAA that's hella funny. I got a few problems here and there, nothin' big which can't be resolved. My folks are from Cambodia and they lived here since I was born. They still have problems speaking English and that's one thing that I don't like because there's a language barrier between my parents and I believe it or not. English is my second language but it's the only language I can speak fluently. I would be lost w/o my parents.

I don't know how you do it Musty but keep on keepin' brotha.

^^^real talk. I used to put my mom through hell with all the trouble I used to get into. For some people it's a part of growing up. You can look back at the way you were and learn from it. I know I did. I love my family to death and would do anything for them.

for a long ass time, my parents and i didnt get along...and then when around high school graduation, my dad and i got along great, right befor he passed...which made me and my mom a lot closer. i blame a lot of the problems we had on my immaturity.

hell, my FRIENDS used to get pissed at me when they'd see me flash at my parents....They'd be like "Dog don't do that, your parents are cool as fuck".....alot of em weren't as lucky to have folks like mine so they'd check me on it....and like I said, as I matured I DEFINETLY saw what a moron I had been
