The hardknock life... it is sad to see but it is either this, prostitution or starve...
Not sure what kinda opportunities the parents have to make money, but it's a coward move to use the kids.

Life is a little bit different there then you are used to tho...

Being poor in Thailand you'll starve.. most people from poor families grow up to farm, fight (muy thai) for prize money, or go to Pattaya (prostitution)

Again, this is a sad sight to see... but I am not really supriced by it tho...

Very, very true. Life isn't like here in the states. You can't just say, ''aw shit, I need a job'', and go and fill out an application and start working. You can't draw unemployment. Wanna slang something? Good luck, since most people in some of these countries can't afford food.

This is the main reason I'm not particularly impressed with people's sob stories about the ''hard life'' they've had.
