**How To Turn A Song Into A Snippet?? Need Help Please!!**

yo i am tryin to turn this song into a snippet so i dont send the whole song to this guy... do anybody on here knows what program i need to download? is there a free software online and what i gota do?? i am not good with comptuers so please help!! 1-Checkmate

open the mp3/.wav in a program like Vegas, Cubase, or Pro Tools.....cut off what you dont want by highlightin the portion and hitting delete...."save as" the file as an mp3 or wav format

i use adobe audition, there is free trial but it might be a waste dl'n a big ass file just to cut 1 song

if its an mp3 then you need to convert it to wav or aiff... you can do that with streambox ripper

if its already a wav or aiff, find a copy of goldwave... its free
