cleint sent a pic of johnnie taylor's son...tj hooker...as you can imagine searching for pics of him would only result in finding pics of the tv show character...so they took a picture of a picture w/ a basic digital cam...i know all of yall have seen this on myspace...

so this is EXACTLY what they sent me...



and this is what i ended it up w/...they wanted something VERY simple were the instructions...

i probably would of tried to make it a vector drawing but you had a good idea.....although i think it might look better blacc n white.....

im not good at vectors and you see when the concert is...there wasnt time...or pay for that type of work...and especially not for a project that they only printed 500 flyers...

you worked real well with what they gave you, it makes the job a lot tuffer when clients give you them kind of pix. i've had to make 2 mixcd cover with cellphone pix, but u gotta deal with the bullshit to get the bread.

man i yeah...someone sent me some cellphone pics for a cover...i ended up not using them for the cover and just put each pic in a fake polariod kinda small...

damn thats gotta suck. i dont think i could even try to use some shitty ass cellphone pics on anything. id just tell them to get some half ass digital cam ones from a friend with something. but like i said in your other thread im bout to start taking my own photos to work on some things.
