How Much Do You Charge? (web design)

ive been lookin through alot of your guys' threads and ive been seeing alot of dope pictures/designing. do any of you guys know how to create websites? if so, how much you guys charge?

i want to open an online store where i can sell music but i dont know where to start. any advice on how to get started? i mess around with Adobe Photoshop myself but i aint on the same level as most of you guys on here.

i took website science, it was a hard class to learn, only learned a few things though like <b></b> ect.

Nice Page, but it took waaaaayy too long to load

the flash is only 1.3 MB which is pretty decent if u on broadband.. but what screws up the load time is the MP3 audio that streams constantly.. boss hogg didnt want to use the myspace radio.

if u on 56k then I'm sorry.
