As for how much Ced owes Lynch, the court ordered Ced to pay 1 Mil. Ced filed bankruptcy and aint payed shit. And never will. But, Lynch now gets royalties for Season and Loaded sells. I keep expecting to see a Siccmade release of Season and Loaded, but that hasnt happened yet.

As for my memory, well it's not enough to brag about, but I'm pretty sure I remember all of that pretty accurately.. though it's been a few years...
