21" viewsonic, just started this job tho, but yea sitting around all day is not good, whenever im kickin it at friends house, they'll be like damn sit down and stay awhile, and ill reply that ive been sitting on my ass all day id rather stand. im a damn slouch at my desk too, all sunk into my chair in full recline mode, its wierd the normal upright position at desks just dont feel comfortable to me after awhile

6 Years, This is my second monitor 7.5 hours a day at work. 3-4 hours at home. No carpal tunnel yet.

Bad posture..

Yup...plus I work out alot and my upper body kind of bring me down even more.

I've been working making my back stronger, but still...I'm all fucked up.....

We have these litle plastic things that you put your feet on it eases up the lower back pain a little too. They're like footrests that make your feet sit at a 45 degree angle...with your toes pointing slightly upward. Like your standing on a hill with your toes facing the top of the hill.

Really comfortable...especially when your sitting for the bulk of your shift.

my friend had the gayest danish computer chair.you went knees first and ...its hard to explain.but it was hella comfortable and supposedly really good for your back...but you looked like such a queer sittin in that bitch
