I'm salaried, so if I work 12 hours or 60 hours, I get paid the same thing. I rarely work a full 40 hour week.

I'm in hospitality management and put in 45-50 hours a week.

Also salaried so it's the same pay regardless of hours worked. Various bonuses are pretty sweet though...

I get salary 40 hrs a week but get time and a half for overtime. I don't know why they say i get salary cuz they monitor how many hours you put in like a hawk and dock you if you leave early and shit like that. My job is shiesty, i'm gonna start taking the company down from the inside. But fuck it I spend more than half the day BSing on the siccness and macking on myspace girls. As soon as I get my paid vacation I'm gonna look for another job and start taking night classes fuck these assholes
