my aunt is almost 50 years old and she is being shipped to georgia tomorrow for 4 weeks of chemical and biological weapons training. then she ships off to Iraq. she was expecting it. none of us were though. i didnt think they sent people over there at that age. shes a nurse so she wont be actually on the front lines but its still the other side of the world.
my primos left already 4 dessert training or sum shit in like talalaban or sum fucked shit like that. He is in the Marinens, he told me that most of the people inlisted have ethere already been sent over or will leave with in the end of this month so i dunno. i hope they kill that sadam hussy ain bitch

If we go to war with iraq, we will go further into debt, and all the expenses will create a deficit. Then the government will not be able to pay for shit else like job creation. the result will be large unemployment and shit like that.

I don't beleive what our media is telling us about what's happening. Not like I'm war mongering or afraid of war, but my opinion won't matter one bit, so I can't let caring about it at all disturb my focus.
Still, we already been livin our own wars here on the daily, so for us things not really changing much except that this big ugly war machine is gonna isolate some of us from each other and from our chosen families. We already have to fight for what we do or don't believe in here, and already not one of us doesn't face the threat of dying here any day. Still, when the USA runs wars, I can't see us really making a big media thing of it unless we already got the whole fucker strategized and won already. Otherwise, I'd think thy would have kept much of the details covert. If so, I kind of feel like us moving troops around like this is gonna end up being more of a free for all for our military to expand globally so our corporations can profit unchecked by other governments. I don't like the idea of war, but really there a lot of other countries like India with a caste system and various royalty based or fanatically discriminatory religious countries that would kill all of us commoners first if they only had the chance, so I'll still back my own fucking home to the fullest, just like I would against a scrap or a pig or any fool trying to hurt me or mine. Saddam Hussein looks like not much more than a character our own media is feeding us to justify going to war, but shit, I'm still like "If it's gonna be me dyin or whoever tryin to kill me dyin, fo sho Imma make it them." I would like to see anybody here get all the opportunities that can from being enlisted, if that's what some of you are doing, but don't forget to keep up with home. to clear things up a bit, we are pissed at iraq because they harbor terrorists!!!! bush said that from the jump after sept. 11th. there are other coutries that still harbor terrorists. he said this would be a long expensive war, and it will be. it doesn't matter too much if we go in debt, the nations defecit is already in the trillions, we ain't ever getting that money back

@Kidd I think most of the Iraquis smart enough to have thought of attacking our supplies were also smart enough to have left that hellhole years ago. At this point I can't see them able to do a wholehellva lot cause we've had them under surveillance for way way longer and in more sophisticated ways than they can even dream about. As long as our own people don't sell out our own technology, I can't see them ever being able to effectively fight back, especially when they see the way we all out retaliated against Afghanistan. Any Iraqui attacking here is gonna know that Bush is liable to completely devestate anything any Iraqui ever cared about back home. When I lose focus let worrying get to me, Iam worried about various other homegrown "conspiracy theories" of corporations driving our war machine to profit from and kill off our own so-called undesirables.
OK so maybe it is out of left field. At the same time, I really do give a fuck about our veterans, our people. I want to make sure this time around our own people willing to fight for us get stood up for and not treated shitty like Vietnam war protestors hated on our own vets.
