UGK is one of the most underrated groups out of the South?

Bun B and Pimp C is one tight duo. What you think?

Seem to me the only place they get love is the South. It's a pity, they deserve mo love then that....

Definitely. I love UGK (I know this is a Bay board, but hey...)

I wasn't feeling DIRTY MONEY, because it seemed phoned-in, but otherwise, they've made some super-dope shit over the years! TOO HARD TO SWALLOW, SUPER TIGHT and (especially) RIDIN' DIRTY are all classics, IMHO.

Between '96 and '98, UGK also made some tight appearances with No Limit (when that label was still reasonably dope), like "Break You Off Something" (from P's ICE CREAM MAN), "In The Door" (from C-Murder's LIFE OR DEATH), and "Slangin'" (from Fiend's THERE's ONE IN EVERY FAMILY). And who can forget "Playaz From The South Stack G's" with P and Silkk (on the DOWN SOUTH HUSTLERS comp)? Brings back memories...

Hope UGK comes out with something new soon. PEACE!

There's a new greatest hits type album out called "Best Of" It's got a bunch of great songs from them. I've been playing the hell out of it for a month or so, especially "Protect & Serve" and "It's Supposed To Bubble".

UGK has always been dope as fuck and way underrated and undersupported by Jive.
