Two times a week aint too bad. Just stop smoking completly, stay away from any contact smoke. Drink hella WATER, CRANBERRY JUICE, and OOLONG TEA. Dont believe anybody else about viniger or pickle juice. And dont waste your money on those clean-piss drinks. You aint smokin too much, so it aint gonna be that dire. Just stay straight for a bit. And also I heard somewhere that if you drink beer, that shit keeps the weed in your body longer, so cut the beer out. And be active and sweat. Try a sauna or hot tub, cause youll sweat out toxins in your body.
