...That Shadow, who's been on the scene since 1996, Clear and Present Danger, Str8 Lace Mob etc.---- is still yet to put out a DEBUT ALBUM, but Big Tone comes out almost ten years later in '04 and has already had 4 albums and 2 compilations?

Because rapping is just a hobby on the side for people like lil los and shadow. Im sure the only reason hes putting out a solo album finally is because a lot of fans kept asking for it, and Big Tone convinced him to.
Its not about work ethic, its just about what he wants to do in life

Rusto has a good point though. Rap as a side hustle seems more logical these days for sure.

I couldn't help say something though. Shadow was always my Favorite E. Co Co. artist. This thread is coming from a fan,a greedy fan at that, I'm not trying to judge.

shadow is dope but its been like 2 yrs since tones been sayin the shadow cd is coming out and still nothing yet..... hurry it up or no one will buy it. the longer you wait the longer itll take to push units. the hype will die out.
