make a fucking salad too high standard, have too much cheese on a pizza when you hardly covered half of it and burn a fucking steak a minute after you put it on the grill?
This night manager, I call her the dragon lady. Gloria. Is a fucking nuttcase and shes out to get me!! I think its cause I dont know how to speak Spanish!
Anyone ever have this type of manager that seems to be just fucking nuts?

I know how to do my job, I've been trained and I have experience in restraunts, the problem is the bitch, how is it possible to make a short annoying mexican lady quit?

You just got to tough it out man. especially in these times. Know your job and do it right without a manager always watching you. If shes trying to make you fuck up... dont listen to her. simply do the right thing.

edit: or just look for another job.

You know what happened to me Sunday night? I was driving down Cesear Chavez on the 101 S onramp when two CHPs flew by me. I slowed down and seen hella emergency flashers on. I come up on three cars pulled over at 12am at night with the people outside just staring in horror. Then there's a car in the middle lane, and 20 feet up a bike. 30 feet in front of the bike...is the biker. He has NO LEGS, and HIS INTESTINES are outside of his stomach area and splattered across the road. He's not moving. And I posted here since 2002, and despite how dramatizing that was and I see it in my head everytime I hop in the car and look out the drivers side window, I didn't make a thread about it. So Im sorry you had a bad day at work.
