Keep showing up at your job and work your ass off. See how fast your country will come out of its debt.
Comparing to what has happened in Iceland, it is you who sits on your lazy ass.

LMAO

So the better solution to get out of debt is just pretend it doesn't exist!

You must have gotten your Masters Degree in Art History.

Iceland can do that because they are a shrimp in the ocean. If the US did that the global socio-economic and really the entire global political, economic and social landscape would cease to exist as it does today.

And while that would actually be a good thing in many ways, all those Emos' who think everyone is intrinsically entitled to a job, limitless healthcare, retirement planning and a cell phone simply by existing would be devastated to find themselves and everyone else raiding supermarkets to survive with nothing to watch on Prime Time TV.

I never said nor imply that anywhere, wtf dude.

If the us did that probably consequence would never be the same globally.
People might raid.. But they also might raid if things continue as they are.
Either way by that time none of you probably owns any guns anymore so don't worry to much about that.

And just to comment on this, the way the US is set up economy wise, it would have a very difficult time trying to do what other "socialist" countries do. Once you go the capitalist direction, its very hard to reverse out of. There would have to a complete economical collapse before we could even think about changing our ways.

I believe that the US has turned what was a good idea in theory (capitalism/free market) and turned it into its own personal shitting pen. Why do I say that? Look around you. How much do you work? Has inflation been in the worker's favor over the last 40 years? Or the CEO's? Some will say "well, maybe you should aspire to be in the 1%". Why? So i can be a greedy piece of shit too? Seems legit.

But, i digress.

Through out history the majority of the human population has always been slaves to the 1% who hold the majority of the wealth. I didn't realize this until my philosophy teacher broke it down. Opportunity comes in the form of hard work, but the 1% had their fortune handed down to them.

it's not "news" - it's propaganda. poorly written propaganda.

tell me to act civil, then say i'm acting like a giant faggot doesn't work.

your argument is flawed, like the person that started this thread. it is lazy.

I would love to understand your line of reason, because as for now you seem dumber then the last 3 guys who were banned from this section of the sicc.

How the fuck is something that are facts not news but propaganda. You call everybody lazy but you have yet to point out one thing why any of all this is supposed to be flawed.
