How do you post an audio?

I just recorded a quick freestyle and I wanted to post it up. I have no clue how though...?

you need to get real producer and make it an .rm file...




then you go to a server site, like angelfire or vidavision.com, and upload it...




then you just gotta post the link...





or you could make it an mp3, but i dunno what program you need to convert it...






cuz you can upload and post mp3's too...

I know how to do .rm files...i just always hated the sound quality.

Dayum...juss download Cool Edit 2.0 then record your freestyle...then save it as a mp3...then register to soundclick..and you can post em here with a link

What if I already recorded it? Can i still open it with Cool Edit?
