How do you Extract the album art Jpegs from MP3s?

How do you extract the album art jpegs from mp3s?

I notice when I look at file options for folders with MP3s, and when I'm lookin at em with Nero and shit I see album art.jpg all over the place, but I have no idea how to access them. If anyone got any info on this, thanks.

u foundout WD? my next guess would be in the Application data folder within your windows XP account
