how do u posts your songs on this site

yo can somebody tell me how to posts my tracks on this site,im not really computer smart and dont know how to do it.

IF you got the music on your computer, ready to upload. You can make a thread or post and at the bottom of it (when you are making it) you will see a upload feature, click "browse" and locate your music file , then post.

You can also use websites like dmusic.com , soundclick.com , mp3.com and iuma.com , for hosts.
