I tried to do big VOB file in Super...took forever had to cancel the job. Seems perfect for smaller files. I didn't realize the Sorensen Squeeze didn't import .flv works great for expoting though

make sure you don't have the "disable audio" box checked. usually the default settings are cool. so just import and select the type of file you tryna convert to...and click "Encode"

The encoding speed depends on your CPU speed, video length, FPS, bitrate and video size (320x240, etc). It takes me 1.5 -3 hrs to transcode a DivX/Xvid to MPEG-2, but only about 30min to encode a VOB to 3GP with my Athlon XP 1600 + 1 GB RAM.
