Yeah an audio editor can do it. Just slice it up manually. Audacity would work.
Or if you have a ".cue" sheet file to go along with that one big ass file, that's even better. Just get a cue file splitter program. The cue file is basically a text file that can tell a program where to split the tracks.

^^Comes in handy when downloading live sets especially since most live sets are one long track and come with cue files to split the tracks out if you wish to or if you want to split an album that's one big piece.

You can make your own Cue sheet with this:
http://www.frontleft.com/cue/ (under file name, put in the exact name of the file you want to split, ex. "Dr. Dre - Chronic 2001.mp3" ) Best to copy & paste so you don't make a mistake, then put in .mp3 if it's an mp3.
then use that Musicutter program to load the cue sheet. The cue file has to be in the same folder as the file you want to split. The splitted files will then be put in that same folder as the original file. It's really simple and fast.
