How do I clean my white shoes?

I got some white shoes, reebok classics I think, anyways they got dirty when I went to some camp, anyone know a good way to clean these without buying some of those cleaners and the shoe store? Im pretty sure there is a way to clean them using some basic household chemicals.

Just buy some sneaker shampoo, one can will last a long ass time, I always keep my kicks hella clean...

If, you must clean them get a bowl some Tide mix that with a lil water dip NEW tooth brush (clean the bottom sides of the sole), HOT RAG whip the tops of sneakers (do not use the toothbrush for it's dirty now) WASH your shoe laces....GOOD LUCK....

If, your shoes are so fucked up your thinking about applying white shoe polish YOUR A FUCKING BUM!!!
Peep the soles you now how yo shits get that natural gangsta lean well if the shits is leaning then toss'em!!!

Oh yeah for the record NEVER put you kicks in the WASHER even if you gonna air dry them.

for real, cleaning white shoes is almost impossible. you can try bleach, but once the rubber gets dingy, you can forget about it.

preventitive methods are the best way to go. When you get the pair home from the store, spray it with a leather protector. this will add a thin layer of protection and also a little bit of shine. Let it dry and then repeat a few more times. Then do the same with some hairspray. aerosol works best. When hairspray dries, it froms another shell around the shoe. This won't keep it clean, but it'l make it easier for you to wipe away any dirt or whatever.

another method is to clean with Pledge Wipes. If you've ever cleaned with Pledge, you know that makes the wood surface hella slippery. it does the same for shoes. sometimes it causes static though, which just attracts dust and things. so be careful.

and for the record. YOu must not have ever been to "San Fran." Don't come on here making statements and judgments about where people live. That kinda shit can get u in trouble.

2. lots of designer clothing stores with many many...white people in them

Dont get white shoe polish, get the sneaker spray from foot locker. You spray it on and then wipe it off. Also use a toothbrush to lightly brush the mid sole.

i dont know if anyones mentioned it yet but.....

before you start wearing em get the spray from foot action called 'protector', u know the shit theyre always tryin to get you to buy when you buy some new kicks...... the shit actually works..

spray it on whjen u first get em, then every couple weeks or so.... no bleeding from your jeans and it makes it hella easy to just wipe the dirt off with a wet rag......... spray ur white hats too!!!

heres what i do.....get some tide...some shout...old toothbrush u aint usin no more...and small towel......aight.....first u give the shoe a pre scrub with the toothbrush..make sure all the heavy stains are off somewhat.....then u spray that shit down with some shout...and work that shit in with the toothbrush...then u let them bitches sit for bout 5 min or so and let the shout do its thing...now go to your sink..and plug it so the water dont run down...put a small amount of tide and run the water making the soap dissolve..when the soap gets all foamy dip them in (not submerge) and start scrubbin w/ the brush..make sure u stuff the shoe with a small towel so water dont get in it...keep srubbin then unplug the sink and give em a rinse...dry off w/ a towel and theyll be like new...if u want them to be even more clean get that white shoe polish shit......
