how come i can't see who propped me?

This is just like the NSA and homeland security act. It's a gradual stripping away of our props. Remember the prop riot of 2011-2012? The powers that be think that showing how many props we have but disallowing us to see who propped us will go over fine, as it has. And we're just one more step towards a propless siccness, unbeknownst to the average sicc member. We're willingly relinquishing our rights as sicc members.
Its all my fault.
My cancer mustve started spreading to the prop system a few months ago. Over time the cancerous cells multiplied exponentially and erupted and people started noticing my props didn't give them any notifications. I denied knowing what was going on publically and within my own mind but deep down I knew. Now the cancer is raging out of control and is now affecting the whole siccness. I am the cancer that is killing the siccness.
