Damn I'm sorry to say this, but I think Houston might have a winning record this year. They are looking very impressive in pre-season and its opening day game. Both their defense and offense has made dramatic improvements during the offseason. Their defense is young and looks like Mario Williams will not be a bust after all. I know i'm taking it pretty far by predicting them as champs, but I think they are heading in the right direction.

I can't forget about Demeco Ryans either. I had on my fantasy football team last year. Dude can play. Great 3rd round pick for Houston.

EDIT: I was being sarcastic. But damn I want to place a $50 bet on them winning the super bowl though. I bet the odds are looking real nice! probably 1000/1 or some shit. Imagine if they did. Its bananas son!

Texans won't make playoffs but damn Mario Williams might get defensive player of the year with the way hes playing. Hes proving to everyone that the Texans weren't stupid for drafting him #1 over Reggie Bush.

actually I disagree 100%

Bush would have been shit in that offense...at the time they had NOONE to help block for him and he still isn't an everydown back which is what Texans needed.

Mario filled 1 thier biggest holes and he is doing it just as advertised.

Agreed 100%. Bush is no Adrian Peterson... Bush is more of a receiver than a running back.

The Texans are doing pretty good because they have a new Qb too.

Sorry but no defensive lineman would impact a team as much as Reggie Bush would. He is not an every down back in New Orleans simply because Deuce is there. He may not have done shit for the Texans last year but in the long run he'd be helping them win way more games than Mario Williams ever could.
