Coop all due respects homie
but all i gotta say is I stopped @ the 9:28 mark cause this whole 9 minutes all I am seeing is "RIP" & "Currently serving x amount of years for blah blah blah" & its bullshit.
These cats on here bragging about that life & are we expected to feel sorry for them or saya prayer for them or feel bad for their familes cause they got killed? caught 40 years for armed robbery? caught life for murder?
fuck no.
they were in it for the glory.
they were followers. every last one of them within that 9.28 mark except the kid who caught a stray one.
these same cats didnt wanna dig themselves out the trench, they wanted someone else to leverage them out the trench.
I know a bunch of cats gonna come in here talkin bout how they are a product of their environment, but thats bullshit these cats are a victim of their own ignorance & it shines with every stupid word they project into the camera for a little 15 seconds of fame.

I've never heard of anyone praying for or pitying any people involved in this series. Especially at this point since most people involved in the first 2 were arrested/robbed/killed for what they did on it. It's like any other reality show, exploiting ignorant people who like to show out for the camera. Not much different than the real world mixed with first 48 when it comes down to it, presented in a more ignorant light, sure. Every form of entertainment has its angle tho.
Basically I think the glory & glamour angle is mainly sold to the people involved, to get them to volunteer to seriously incriminate themselves. The most common reaction is "I'm never moving to this city/neighborhood" lol.

Had it not been for movies & rap records glorifying all this stuff in the 90's most of these dudes would not be doing that stupid shit. Yes, there has always been Gangsters before all that, but more came out of the woodwork since rap music came into play.
In retrospect, you would think by watching the Hood 2 Hood DVD's that they were filmed in the early / mid 90's (with the exception of a few visible things in the background). That's how out dated these dudes in the film are.
Blockumentary, Documentary, tomatoes, toma-toes it holds no story worth watching.
All these people thinking this is cool need to watch or re-watch Don't Be A Menace... maybe that will help them reflect how stupid they look on film.

LOL That was the funniest part! Haha, I felt like I was going back in time in that one. All the "yadadas" n dude wearing a "Joker's Wild" shirt. When was the last time they made one of those? Fools smoking sherm n shit. I kinda feel like Silent about the videos & how others do, but I didn't mind watching it for free. At least they're doing something different for the next one, even though I'm sure some of it will be the same.
