Homicide Signed To Ruthless Back In The Day???

I was digging through my old Vinyl and 12" Records tonight and I ran across a promo 12" from Homocide called "Haters Like You"(1998). I am assuming it is Homicide from Black Market Records. I would play it, but I have to drag out my turntable's from storage. Here is the info:

Can anyone confirm this???? Because this Cd never came out on Ruthless Records.

yea i believe he was with ruthless for a sec. i know for a fact ghettoland was going to be released on priorty , they had hella billboards up in sac for it back in the day , but then he got another deal or somethin and changed the album to "the plantation". imo the plantation was a great classic album but slept on . homicide is dope

yes he was on ruthless cause i remember a rapcity episode where it was some ruthless party and homicide was there talking about his shit but like many artist on ruthless, shit happened and they left or were dropped.

I will have to check out that Plantation CD. I have seen it before. Is it still in print and is both those tracks listed above on the Plantation CD?
