Did you tell Cool Nutz what you wanted from him, and send him a money order for the product? That might be the only reason he didn't send them to you.

I sent him some nice beats we produced, and i asked him if he could send out some Jus Family CD's in return to me.

I spoke with Cool Nutz, and he said that you were sending him those tracks in exchange for you using that song with Jay Tee for that compilation. So it seems that you sent those tracks in exchange for the use of the song with him featured on it. You will have to discuss that with him however. Email him, and let him know what you want, and I'm sure he will take care of it. However, if you guys have business agreement regarding the tracks that you sent him, and the use of the track with Jay Tee and Cool Nutz, then him sending you CD's wouldn't be part of that agreement. Get at him though.

@ Bosko & Cool Nutz

Yeah we had that agreement on two tracks not three.
Anyway i don't care. I just think it's wrong for me to pay for a CD when i've sent him three instrumentals, and two mixes of the song he and Jay Tee did. Plus he said he would send some Jus Family albums to me anyway, but i guess he didn't.

Anyway, case closed, i'm fed up tryin' to ask for one or two Jus Family albums. I can't really check with my business associates who works with rap concerts about booking a Jus Family concert when i don't have any new Jus Family music to give/ show to them. You feel me?

But i ain't trippin', i'm out...

I don't think that this situation is really all that serious. But it seems as though you think that Cool Nutz owes you something in exchange for you sending him tracks. You are using his verse for your project, and it seems fair that he would want some tracks in exchange for his work. And from what I understand, you were doing those mixes for Jay Tee, not for Cool Nutz. Now if this isn't the situation, let us know.

You sent me those tracks because I asked you to in exchange for you using the song that I am featured on. I never knew anything about the song until you told me about it. I never asked for the mixes of the song, you sent them to me after you did them. You were dealind with Jay Tee on that situation, and I didn't know anything about it. You asked me for CD's, and I didn't have time to send them to you. But you are acting like the CD's were part of this business agreement. Also, you never mentioned in the past about having Jus Family come over there for shows, but now because I didn't send you CD's it will effect us being booked? I have asked you numerous times about doing shows over there, and you never came back with any information. When you were over here in the states you never made any attempt to come fuck with us. You were here in the city, and didn't think to drop us a line. Holler at me when you get a chance.

Cool Nutz, check your e-mail.

You asked me to try and hook up a show, and i told you that i could try that cause at that time when i worked at BMG Records we had a booking company right over the hall that i know a lot, but i needed some CD's so they could get the idea of who you are and what kind of rap music you guys where doin' . I also gave you his e-mail address and street address, and waited for that package. So don't blame me for you not remembering this. I've been waiting for some Jus Family heat, so i could get down with my booking folks and try to hook up a concert for you guys.

Anyway, let's not disuss this matter anymore, you know the facts.
