From the newsboards. Here we go again...also sounds like Hogan played a large part in the outcome of the SDOTUW DVD case.
-----------

During a recent interview with UGO.com, Hulk Hogan commented on the possibility of Ultimate Warrior and Randy "Macho Man" Savage joining TNA Wrestling.

"The Warrior is not "alive" anymore," Hogan told UGO.com. "I did a deposition about six months ago where Vince McMahon put out a tape called The Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior. And I did a deposition. I sat in a room across from him. No other wrestler would testify. He thought I was actually going to help him, but when I told the truth...I seriously doubt he and I would ever work together again. I did tell the truth at the deposition. He's the worst. He's horrible. There's nobody worse than him in the ring. So hopefully I'll never have to see him again in the ring
."

As far as Savage is concerned, despite their past differences, Hogan would love to have him on board with TNA. He feels if Savage dyed his gray beard and got back into shape, he would be good enough to return to the ring.

"I'd LOVE to see the Macho Man," Hogan said. "Dye that old gray Santa Claus beard he's got. Get back in shape. And teach these young guys how to do it because I could sure use his help. He's got a great mind for the business.

Was there a trial over this?

... Fool you just said that!
There was a trial last year with Warrior suing WWE for defamation of character and I think WWE countersued...it ended with Warrior losing or something...but in the end WWE paid all his fees because he agreed to enter their Hall of Fame and then pulled out last minute...if you do a search on it you'll find info.

Im pretty sure Dynamite is a cripple. Years of doing the diving headbutt fucked him up. I think hes confined to a wheelchair.

thing is hogan is out of shape and flabby looking himself. look at him on that impact match he looked so washed up and could barely walk down the ramp.
hogan act like he still 30 years old and on top. bret hart had a stroke and is in better shape then him.

its a combination of the both... just grabbed this off wiki

Billington is disabled and confined to a wheelchair due to his years of drug abuse and the high-impact style of wrestling he engaged in. Harley Race, the inventor of the diving headbutt has stated that he regrets ever inventing the move, due to the fact it appears to cause spinal problems, and may have contributed to Billington's disability.

Fuck that. Race shouldn't feel bad for decisions made by anybody else. Wrestling needs innovators like him. He should feel bad for killing Benoit's family with that line of thinking.
^ this.

Beonit took some monster head bumps through out his career. I heard when they autopsied him and took a look at his brain they said it was that of a 85 year old alzheimer's patient :ermm:
