is there a prog that you can take 300dpi screen shots?

there are website that id like to incorporate in to designs and i was wondering if there was a way to take higher quality screen shots...

anyone know of anything or a trick?

You can't get 300 pits out of 72 cherrys. The best you can do is just take a regular screenshot and resample it in photoshop.
