The only time I can ever remember the Baathists causing war was gassing the Kurds after the Iran-Iraq war. Oh yeah, there was that Desert Storm thing, too. And there were some mass grave thingies discovered recently, too. And the children that Odai and his soldiers raped.
And I'm not denying that there are American/Vietnamese offspring in Vietnam. Prostitution was rampant and we were also takers.
