MIAMI -- A magician hired to entertain children is accused of molesting one of them.
Jose Antonio Ramirez, 64, was working as a magician at a summer camp at the Miami Museum of Science, when he allegedly inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl, police said. Investigators said the incident happened in July.
Museum officials said Ramirez was hired through a subcontractor and was not an employee.
A background check revealed no prior arrests.
Ramirez is being held without bond.
