sup yall this is like the 3rd thing i made in photoshop.......im actually trying to learn it......one question is how can i make the picture at the bottom like more faded away

Hhhhmmmm,need to elorate on ya question a lil..Cant believe you gonna let it stay with the wind filter like that though.Are you?

If you want the pic at the bottom faded.Go to the layer palette>click on the layer with that pic on it and in the layer palette.You'll see a function that says Opacity..Opacity is the same as faded...
