HELP

Ok, I have a group of these pictures on my computer. They are HUGE like 1230x1630
and I was wondering if there was any way to make them smaller without making them look smashed together.

Wich grafix program.. and how would i go about doing so

photoshop..............goto image/resize/ then just type in the smaller number (make sure that the bottom box is check marked so that it stays the exact same scale)

i dont think dude has a graphics program like photoshop of if he doesn't even know how to resize something....
