Somebody help me. I have never been to A UFC event, furthermore math has not been my strong suit in the past....here is the equation given..

According to MMAJunkie and the Nevada State Athletic Commission, UFC 86 drew 10,990 attendees for a live gate of $3,350,730. Of the 10,990 tickets, 9,630 were paid attendees (1,360 were complimentary).

So I was trying to figure out how much the average ticket was for the UFC to draw $3,350,730 from 10,990 attendees ( even though only 9,630 were paid attendees)

My Math has calculated that the average ticket price was around $305. So Im wondering if figures are being thrown out there for appearance sakes. I have noticed alot of attention to sales as much as the fights themselves. Maybe I have not paid close enough attention in the past

well prices range.. depends whereyu sit.. the cheapest i think is $50 the most expensive is $1000 and fight club memberships discount 82.00

I understand but this claims money taken from the door sales.

i just did a quick search for the 4 upcoming events on ticketmaster and stubhub. The tickets seem to be going for quite a bit, over $100 except at the Minnesota event where they have $50 tickets at the upper level.
