NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO CALL AND ASK THE PRINTER WHAT "PRINTING SPEC'S" THEY "LIKE WORKING WITH" SOME ARE GLAD TO INFORM U (SOME WANNA ACT A DICK, AND SAY STUPID CHIT LIKE "U'RE THA GRAFPIC DESIGNER YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS..RAT FACE BASTURD..LOL")

CAUSE IF YOU CANT GET THEM THE RIGHT FILE THEN THEY DONT GET PAYED
GOOD LUCK

4.75x4.75 is what the finished cover will be, but make it about 5x5 and keep all the important stuff in between 4.75x4.75.. 300dpi is where you wanna keep it, but some ppl have even told me to go 600, so there will be no problem to go larger for posters and stuff...

hope that helps
