could be "oak-town" by casual...not even sure that is the real track name but i know a casual song that is like what you are describing and it has been getign radio play so thats probably it

Its by Kahlahsol (colossal)..I aint completely sure but im guessin its called "Now That's Oakland"...Hes doin a concert this thursday in frisco with short and messy.
