ok, i know how to sell and everything, my question is how to get a tracking number for something i sent this guy. this muthafucka is bitchin like no other, sayin he hasnt got it, but i sent it, but i took kind of a while to send it, so i made up an excuse like "oh this is my brothers stuff, i will send it i thought he sent it already" now dude is threatening to file a claim cuz its against policy... if i dont come up with a tracking number.... all iknow is that i sent it parcel post. im really proud of myself for not cussing him out right now cus this guy has emailed me 7 times, threatening me talking shit...

HERES ONE OF TODAYS MESSAGES:

OK Now--- it is ncessary for me to communicate only through the ebay website that way when they iunvestigate this I dont have to send everything through to them. This is my 5th email to you and I still have not received the itrem you claim to have sent. Nor have you provided me with one bit of proof that you have actually sent it. You also refuse to answer my point blank questions such as 1 How was the item shipped? You state USPS but did you go to the USPS? If so where is the receipt it will have the tracking info I need to find the package. What address did you ship it to? Possibly you sent it to the wrong place? It has been over 3 weeks and no item has been received and you are very uncooperative and refuse to assist me in finding my merchandise. I believe that you are not being truthful regarding your having shipped the item. If you are being truthful then produce the proof it has been sent and I will follow up with the USPS. If I dont receive the package by the end of the week.

As I was stating If I do not receive the package by thew end of the week I wil be forced to file fraud charges with both eBay and PayPal and due to the circumstances I will request that your accounts be closed for fraudulent activity. You will then be banned from eBay because you chose to allow your Brother to use your eBay account as you previously stated in an email to me (which I still have). Why is it so hard for some people to be honest. I paid you lickety slit and all you have done for me is to give me lip service. You have no business being allowed to sell items on eBay if you cant even figure out how to obtain a tracking number for an item you shipped. I think we both know the truth though, which is you dont have a tracking number because you have never shipped the item at all. If that is not the case then simply PROVE it. Quit lying.

well first of all I agree with what he is saying.

No matter how you sent it the reciept has the tracking number. And if not go to USPS nad they can provide it to you.

Now on the matter of him reporting you.

When was the auction won and paid for?

I would be pissed too. You can get shit from another country in half that time.


Why don't you get with USPS get the tracking number and find out what happend to it.

The longest it should take USPS to anywhere in the US is 10 days TOPS!

yea i think this dude (not u) is lying... cuz i sent that shit... ive sold like 20 or 30 things on ebay b4, and nobody has had a big ass problem like this... plus this dude is a tweak.


but if he never got/gets it then they return the shit to me right?

that part all depends on the USPS and where they sent it as well.

If it went to a nieghbor or something to sign for it and kept it it's all on the buyer to try and get it from them, but if USPS as no record of it going anywhere or getting shipped anywhere then it would be on them to find it a nd return it to you or send to buyer.

But all would get cleared up through the shipping number. USPS will tell you exactly what happened to the package and you can relay that onto the buyer.

From the usps website I gave you above go to the homepage and then on the left there is a track package option. Put the number there and see what it says.

scan the post office recipt and email it to him. you have to pay for tracking. anytime you a buyer pays with paypal , you have a tracking on it or the buyer will get his money back.
