Help with PSOne emulator

The playstation emulators are a pain in the balls to figure out.I got the ePSXe emulator and its talking about something going in the bios.WTF is it talking about?

I don't have my ps1 emulator any longer, but you need the bios to run it.

scph1001.bin and SCPH7502.bin<--------what you need, do a search for it.

Are you running htem on PC or an modded xbox. I have been looking for a PSone emulator for my xbox and saw some on xbins, but havent really dug into it. Do you still needs CD's to play them, or will it be like other emulators where you just have the "rom" in a folder and access it through the emulator itself
