help please

i was on firefox on here as usual and all of a sudden when i clicked a link it went to a black screen . it started going to black screens for all links and i thought hmm firefox is fuckin up , so i restarted (mistake) instead of restarting like normal it took me to this white screen that says " the device in the system modular bay cannot be identified . it may not be completely inserted or may have some other problem . please read and complete the following steps in order 1) press the device completely and firmly in the bay . 2) power off the system 3) some bullshit i cant remember " none of my laptop parts are even loose

none of these do shit and when i try to continue it takes me to a black screen and says " no bootable devices , strike F1 to reboot , F2 for setup utility .

and all i have left is this screen and some setup screen that i know nothing about .

help please

make sure your hardrive didnt come loose or something. If not.. get a windows or linux bootable disk. And boot your computer from that. You might have to go into bios and change the settings so that it boots from your cd drive.
