Heavily WANTED: Taz Loc & Cart Loc - Loc'ed Out Smoked Out '94 St. Paul Minnesota ?

I know this is a probably a failed attempt but by any chance :dead: does anybody have that Taz Loc & Cart Loc either on tape or cd format ?? It dropped back in 1994 and their from St Paul, MN. Wasn't that Taz Loc featured on some other stuff ? Any info would be appreciated.
