wow was the boxing great last night first arreola slugged it out with that white dude then williams vs martinez put on a fight of the year contender!! that was an amazing fight still trippin' off that first round.

then comes the free but boring and commercial filled tuf finale wow was that horrible!! first big baby gets his glass jaw broken again by that out of shape flabby meat head and then kimbo and houston put on an embarrassing and boring ass performance like holy shit! these guys are NOT athletes!! awful cardio and terrible striking they both looked like 2 drunks in a bar fight... shows you that boxers are on a whole different level then most of these mma idiots.

thank god 107 is coming up...

one good boxing card a year isn't shit compared to what ufc puts out, I've gotten almost every ufc fight and have never been dissappointed like I am with boxing, sure it was on hbo but when u buy the floyd vs pac man fight don't be suprised when it's the only fight worth paying for and in the end u will feel cheated. Chris Arreloa?? R U serious, that's like cheering for tim sylvia

There's a reason Anderson Silva isn't boxing and that's because he can't make it. If he could've made it in boxing when he started trying it he would have. Why make UFC money when you can make Popo style money?

I hate MMA vs boxing threads all around but to say Anderson would whip ANY top 50 boxer in his weight class is just being blind.

Ive been more of an MMA fan these past few years but im getting sick of these UFC fights. Lastnights boxing on HBO was the shit.. both fights just shit on TUF Finale.

That Williams Martinez fight was sick as fuck, went the distance and real show of how boxing should be. Martinez had some good footwork and he was just quick, Boxing has once again gathered my attention.

These networks are stupid for having these events on the same night and trying to get fans to pick allegiances.

Boxing and MMA are complimentary. A lot of MMA fans are also boxing fans and vice versa.

You wouldn't have the Super Bowl and a World Series game fall on the same day and expect people to choose because that would just be stupid...

I agree 100%. I love both boxing and MMA and I love to train both boxing and all aspects of MMA. I love combat sports in general but lately for me MMA has been a little bit lackluster and i'm so fucking amped for the mayweather/pac man fight.

UFC fighters need better endurance. I don't get how Kimbo and Houston were so winded after doing nothing except walking in circles for 3 rounds. Neither of them could last in a boxing match.

No, Kimbo and Houston need better endurance. There's a reason they're on the TUF finale and not headlining ppvs. There are a ton of fighters in MMA that have amazing cardio. And I can tell you from first hand experience that doing MMA is way more fatiguing than boxing.

I had to watch the Williams fight today since all of my friends were watching TUF. That was great.
It's not really fair to compare a top 10 boxer with that TUF card though. And the Edgar-Veach and Nelson-Schaub fights were just as good if not better than watching Arreola.

Good news I read today is Dana White confirmed that the GSP-Hardy fight won't be the same day as Manny-PBF since he's going to be at the fight.
