For me YES....

I've learned a lot from various articles that are posted from this board. I'd be ignorant if I said I didn't learn from people on this board, I get different view points than mine and I see things in a much more open light than I did before I came to this board.

I think mostly human behavior.People who struggle to get their message across in real life,need to come to a net community and push their beliefs on other people.They are in the minoirty.They have no audience outside of the internet because they can put it all out there(thread/reply),without people laughing hysterically in their face after one sentence/comment.They are sick to some extent.They can't possibly live a normal life thinking the whole world will end soon,or daily they live in a country that is evil.They can't even live a life.They live through a thought,a theory,something nobody else believes exists.Truly sad.I feel for them.

From being on the Sicc I've also learned that even though people can share common interests, they can still have totally different opinions on things.....it shows that everybody who listens to Rap is not the same

I agree. I read some of the articles that are linked, but I can't get into the ones that are copied & pasted for some reason. I also like reading all the different view points. Those opinions plus the articles help me to form my own opinions in some cases. *I've also learned that some people are just ignorant pieces of vomit that just like to say dumb shit.*

*Disclaimer: The last statement was not directed to any particular individual(s), it's just meant to be a general statement. But we've all seen examples of the dumb shit that I'm referring to. If you think I'm referring to you, I just might be. But don't cuss me out, because I didn't mention any names! j/k*
