Have problems with a paypal user.

i have a problem with a paypal user that sent me money via paypal that he lost against me on fulltiltpoker.com before.
it was like 500$ and i gave it back to him in the same pokerroom after the paypal payment arrived. he only had like 100$ left in his account and we made a deal that he can send me money via paypal and im gonna lose 500$ back to him because he wasnt able to make a new diposit.
now paypal blocked this transaction because he said that he never got anything from me. what should i do now? i think paypal is really fked up for sellers.

it is. paypal needs to fix that loophole in their system, if they ever will

You got scammed. You can also get your poker account locked (and your money taken) for this type of thing. It's called chip dumping and very illegal.
