im starting on it 2morrow, pretty excited cuz it helped one of my friends alot..dude dropped 9 pounds of fat in like 3-4 days of just exercising for like 30 min..u guys got any success stories about it?

why not just exercise everyday and eat healthy. then start using the chemicals. Those pills are like amphetamines. once you stop you will put the weight back on.

Just walk or run 3 days a week and work out the other 3 with one day off. And eat helthy. I dropped 40 pounds doing that.

Im in good shape but tried hydroxcut to drop a few quixk pounds. All I can say is watch out because that shit makes your heart beat hella fast. You feel kind of weird all day and occasionally I got a weird chest pain. If I was you I wouldnt fuck with it. Not safe if it makes your heart do that.

DIET. Its the the most effective tool, yet nobody wants to do it.

Between Jan 2006 and June 2006 I lost 26 pounds.
Between June and July I lost 11 pounds.

The only difference was that I switched my diet. It makes that much of a difference ( I also workout 4 days a week, and do about 2-3 hours of cardio in a week ).

Hyrdoxycut has worked for many people I've talked to, I just stay away from supplemts myself.

Try it see if it helps.

I took it back in the day when shit was all jacked up... I think i had about 5 heartattacks... Or felt like it anyway.... I stay away from that shit now...

Dats what i did help me lose 34 pounds and still going. . .just do a diet that u can LIVE with and work out.

i wouldnt take it...especially since you smoke weed...itll fuck your heart up...

just do 30-45 minutes of cardio 4 or 5 times a week and eat 4-5 medium sized meals a day...

you fucks can talk shit and call me a fat ass pig but ive lost 63 lbs since january doing this

A pig is not what you look like..its ur occupation.............diets pills increase ur heartrate so with excercise you burn more..thats why some of you might have had heart problems

i started takin that trimspa shit about a month ago, so far ive lost a lil over 23lbs.... no side effects that i noticed. main part is u gotta watch what u eat, walk, run , ride a bike or whatever and STAY AWAY from fast food.

yeah i still have a couple of bottles of hydroxycut with ephedra...

they've worked for me in the past tho...you can drop the fat and gain back as muscles

Hydroxycut/Lipo 6, Working out more, Eating less, Keto/Low-Carb--whatever works, WORKS. Once you get down to your goal weight, thats when YOU take over. And if YOU turn into a lazy son of a bitch and start eating McDonalds and not working out.....That is YOUR FAULT.

But uh......yeah, take the pills, give em a shot. Look into Lipo 6, that stuff is great. But also, heed the advice here. Don't think any one thing is going to work like magic and replace all the other pieces of the puzzle.

Impressive


I'm at about -50 since January, -30 since the end of April......Low Carb, Cardio & (recently) Lipo 6. I'll worry about lifting when my Body fat isn't so ridiculous.

Technically, to keep your body healthy, you should only lose 1-2 pounds per week. I'd recommend not taking it but good luck.
