N.E.4 IS A DAMN GOOD CD BUT I THINK N.E.1 IS THE BEST.

Scarr....NE4 is worth it for the first four tracks ALONE, which are raw as hell...not to mention the rest of it. Also Lil Los flows clean as fuck on track 7...those are the most outstanding tracks (to me)...it's a great album overall. Definitely go purchase it.
