San Leandro, Nov. 9, 2007 - Police enforcement was called this afternoon as the public spotted MTV Networks in the process of filming the 'supposidly' continuation of their reality hit series, Newport Harbor and Laguna Beach.
Officials report that passerbyers who managed to spot the filming engaged themselves in a way in hopes of being shown on television. One of the cast members allegedly pushed the 'distracter' resulting in a fight which led others to join in. Two stores faced an estimate of $2455 in damages as a result of the situation. MTV Networks refused to comment on the matter in addition to the show they were filming. According to one of the cast members, it is an all new reality series that follows its predecessors, Laguna Beach and Newport Harbor. Two senior cast members, who attend San Leandro High School, face minor injuries; MTV Networks remained filming as they were both sent to the hospital to be examined.
