doesnt take much to plug in a character and just play,but if you want to create something like in that video the learning curve can be pretty high...characters and backgrounds are one thing but plugging in move sets,combo systems and even going as far as changing the characters animations it can get pretty complicated

this is kinda what mine looked like as far as selection goes...pretty much all street fighter,mortal combat,snk type characters...never got too much into having like mario bros,sonic the hedgehog type shit

there are endless mugen sites with different screenpacks if you want something different. they all install the same way,pretty simple
